Qigong for Relaxation adopts Zhineng Qigong (Zhi means the wisdom of life, Neng means the ability of sublimating life) exercise methods to relax body and mind. Because of its benefits on health and wellness, Zhineng Qigong has been recommended in 1997, as the number one Qigong exercise method by Chinese General Administration of Sport and Chinese Exercise Committee.

Master Cui Yan Ying is a former instructor at the Chinese Zhineng Qigong Center in China, she has more than 10 years experience in instructing Qigong.
