Court Booking Terms

場地預訂條款

1. Reservations open every Friday at 12:00 PM for the following two weeks. Please call the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre to book and make payment.
每星期五中午 12:00  開放未來兩星期的預約。請致電卡城中華文化中心進行預約及付款。

 

2. Court reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.
場地預約須在完成付款後才會確認。

 

3. Court bookings must be made at least one day in advance.
所有場地預約必須於使用日前一天完成預訂。

 

4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes to the booking time.
如需取消或更改預約時間，恕不退款。

 

5. Court schedules may be subject to change due to operational needs or special events without prior notice.
場地安排可能因中心運作或特別活動而有所更改，恕不另行通知。

 

6.All users must comply with facility rules and follow staff instructions while using the court, including court allocation.

所有使用者在使用場地期間必須遵守場地規則並配合工作人員指示，包括場地分配安排。

 

7. Users are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment during their booking period.
如在租用期間對場地或設備造成損壞，使用者需負責賠償。

 

8. Users are not permitted to enter the facility before their reserved time and must vacate the facility promptly at the end of their reservation time.

使用者在預訂時間前不得進場，並必須於預訂時間結束時準時離場。

 

9.Use of the facility is at the user’s own risk. The Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from the use of the facility.

使用本場地須自行承擔風險。卡城中華文化中心對因使用本場地而引致的任何受傷、意外、損失或損害概不負責。

 

10. The Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre reserves the right of final decision.
卡城中華文化中心保留最終決定權。
