24 SIMPLIFIED YANG STYLE TAICHI (BEGINNER)
Yang Style Tai Chi is the first form that branches out from Chen Style. The movement of this form is less complex and is structured in a coherent pattern. Proper postures are required throughout the whole form. With proper training, this exercise enhances Blood circulation, improve health, and prevent sickness. The lessons will begin from the very basic and will be conducted in a systematic manner. It is suitable for all ages.
