Our Tai Chi Qigong Beginner class is the perfect way to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. In this class, you will learn gentle, flowing movements that are designed to increase balance, flexibility, and strength. Tai Chi Qigong combines ancient Chinese martial arts with meditation techniques to promote a calm and centered state of mind. Our experienced instructor, David Ha, will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper technique and alignment.
