This course is designed to help you shape and refine your body, improve your posture, and develop greater confidence, poise, and personal presence.

You’ll learn:

Catwalk and presentation techniques for different styles of clothing, including fashion wear, qipao, and evening gowns

How to use handbags, accessories, and other props effectively to enhance your overall presentation

How to improve your camera presence and confidence in front of the camera

Turns, body coordination, and expressive movement

Through practical movement and posture exercises, you’ll learn to refine your body lines, improve rounded shoulders and poor posture, and develop a more confident, poised, and elegant presence.
