24 YANG STYLE TAI CHI (Beginner)
Yang Style Tai Chi (Beginner) is the first form that branches out from Chen Style. The movement of this form is less complex and is structured in a coherent pattern. Proper postures are required throughout the whole form. With proper training, this exercise enhances Blood circulation, improves health, and prevents sickness. The lessons will begin from an intermediate level and will be conducted in a systematic manner. It is suitable for all ages.
