Ba Duan Jin, the eight-section Qigong Exercises is
a traditional Chinese gentle mind and body exercise which has been popular for more than eight hundred years. To learn the proper postures, breathing and oncentration of the Eight- section Qigong Exercises in a gentle, slow, smooth and consistent way aiming at increasing internal energy circulation through spiritual cultivation and physical exercises so as to improve health and fitness.
