1. 淺說中醫     以一個較為隨意的方式,和大家分享中醫的源流,流派,故事,名方,以及常用及不常用的中藥。

2. 齊來放鬆     介紹幾種不同的呼吸方法,大家一齊做,即時放鬆。

3. 未病先防     針對幾種常見病,中風,心肌梗塞,跌倒等。指出在其發病前可能出現的征兆。以期有助提供警覺,及早就醫,爭取治病的先機。

4. 養生漫談     和大家分享養生的方方面面。包括飲食的宜忌,藥酒,藥膳,藥方,以至體育鍛煉等等。

5. 飲食正誤     有些人越注意飲食,吃得越“健康”就反而覺得越不舒服。只因為對食物及營養方面的一些誤區,你想知道嗎?

6. 保健運動      和Victor中醫師一齊活動,舒展筋骨,易做又有益。

To share all aspects of health with you, including dietary taboos, medicinal wine, Chinese food therapy, prescriptions, and physical exercise, etc.

5. Eating habits

Correct common misconceptions of a 'healthy diet' by looking deeper into the relationship between food, nutrition and health.

6. Health exercises

Learn basic stretches and exercises for healthy living with Victor, a certified Chinese medicine practitioner.
