基礎瑜伽

基礎瑜伽主要針對改善生活節奏急速,缺乏運動,經常久坐久站,長期使用電腦及智能電話,姿勢不良等的都市人所引發的身體僵硬及各種痛症;及肥胖、水腫、失眠、便秘等常見亞健康問題。課堂開始時會集中鍛鍊身體力量,較後部分會有放鬆伸展。此課堂結合了動態及靜態運動,適合所有程度的學生。

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is aimed at improving body stiffness and various pains caused by rapid pace of life, lack of exercise, long-term sitting or standing, long-term use of computers and smartphones, poor posture, and other common sub-types health problems such as obesity, edema, insomnia, constipation and. Classes begin with a focus on body strength, followed by relaxation and stretching at the end. It is a dynamic and static class, suitable for students of all levels.
