意外随时发生，但在我们的心底，死亡很遥远。当死亡来临之时，所有后事是否已经提前安排？然而对于如何处理后事，一般人毫无概念。人死了要办什么手续？丧礼如何办？应采用什么仪式？可否加入个性化元素？土葬还是火化好？相关费用多少？保险、遗产是否已经安置？悲伤之际，还得在短时间内处理大量身后事。
从3月30号开始，每隔两周，周六或周日（3月至9月）卡城中華文化中心都会举行一系列殡仪服务流程的公益讲座。
Accidents can happen at any given moment. However, in our mind, death is still very far away. When death arrives, has the aftermath of it been arranged? Most people don’t know or have plans on how to deal with this aftermath. When a close friend or family passes what procedures need to be taken? How should the funeral be dealt with? What kind of ceremonies should be used? Can I personalize the funeral? Is burial or cremation the better choice? How much are the relevant expenses? Are an insurance plan and a will already arranged? After the period of grief and sadness, there is a short amount of time to deal with the aftermath that is associated with death.
Starting from March 30th, every 2 weeks, every Saturday or Sunday (March to September) The Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre will host a series of seminars regarding the process of the funeral service.

Topics include:
Wills, power of attorney, finance, insurance as well as other related information of the funeral process. The goal of this seminar is for the general public to fully understand the process so that they can rationally pre-arrange, without any worries or hassles for the future.
