Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre Chinese New Year Food Contest

Dates:  Deadline for submission February 15, 2021

Contest results will be announced on February 18, 2021

 

Anyone can participate in the contest

Please register at the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre webpage, enter your name and the dish that you are making.  We suggest that your dish should be related to the theme of Lunar New Year.

 

Please take photos of the name of the dish and the ingredients, as well as two photos taken during the cooking process, and one photo of the finished product.  (Total of 4 photos)

 

Contest results will be announced on February 18.

 

Prizes:  1st place: $100 in restaurant coupons

               2nd place: $50 in restaurant coupons

               3rd place: $25 in restaurant coupons

比賽辦法 ：
請於綱上登記參賽者姓名及參賽的菜名，參賽之菜式必須以慶祝農曆新年的食品為主。
請將菜名，材料及製作過程拍成照片於2月15日前傳送至卡城中華文化中心網頁。
照片包括一張菜名及材料，2張 菜式製作過程中，另一張是完成的照片（全部共四張照片）

評選後將於2月18日公佈得獎名單
獎品將郵寄予優勝者或親臨文化中心領取
冠軍：餐館禮券$100
亜軍：餐館禮券$50
季軍：餐館禮券$25
