ERHU (Age 5 and over)

Erhu is the most popular of the Huqin family of traditional bowed string instruments used by various ethnic groups of China. A very versatile instrument, the erhu is used in both traditional and contemporary music arrangements. It has more than 1000 years of history and is one of the most important instruments in Chinese folk music.

Instructor Ming Li has played Erhu since he was 5 years old and has more than 50 years of Erhu playing experience. He also has a wealth of experience in teaching.
