Seniors Chair Yoga 

This practice is ideal for seniors and less mobile practitioners. The entire class will be done with chairs to help for support and hold on to for standing poses and balance. Yoga for seniors will help relax the mind, maintain strength in muscles, improve balance; all which will enhance everyday wellbeing. A very simple slow-paced class to help maintain movement the joints and spine, releases the nervous system and tensions in the body.
