All levels Yoga

A dynamic yoga class with flow & movement. This is a Sattva style of class helps free up stiffness in the body, balance out tension and anxiety in the nervous system and leaves you feeling free and open in body, breath and mind.  The class focuses on strength, flexibility and breath awareness. We will do a variety of movements: breath work, standing poses, balancing, inversions, forward folds, twists, and relaxation. Every pose can be modified to suit the practitioner’s level with props. This class will be paced for the Beginner to All levels class.
