CHINESE TEA BREWING
Tea brewing is an ancient art dating back thousands of years. The legend says that in 2700 B.C., Chinese Emperor Shen Nung was boiling water when a few leaves from a tree fell into the water, creating the first tea. Since then, tea has been a staple drink in many countries and cultures.
Burning incense and drinking tea has been a long-standing tradition. The raw material preparation and aged time are two factors that create unique flavors. This is an aesthetic and an oriental wisdom that complements the tea's beautiful quality as well. During the Song Dynasty, tea became one of the most important aspect's of that period's culture.
